Hello civilians of the world,

christmas was yesterday (jet lagging so making use of late night to blog) and i didn't celebrate it at home coz we just got back from switzerland!!! =( =( its really sad isn't it. But then again theres always my brother's birthday on Sunday to celebrate, got a new BBQ pit for home use! its so cool, i wanna try it out first. wow. anyway onto my switzerland trip.

Flew to Zurich Airport at 2 p.m (sg time) and arrived at 9 (switz time) 12 hour flight... oh my gosh... it was so...entertaining. the inflight games and movies are pretty nice, i watched Rattatouiile, 2 episodes of Friends, played a few games, watched more movies, had some food (the staff on the plane are AWESOME they are so kind and friendly) and then arrived. So at 10 p.m (switz time from now on till i say so) we drove to the hotel in Thusis. and we had our first dinner there. They tried to make some asian food for us but....it didn't go so well. its kinda...(very)salty. the sweet and sour fish? more like salt and more salt fish =( i tried my best to finish coz its rude to not finish your food in switzerland but unfortunately my tummy disagreed. Oh but the dessert was nice. So while we travelled around switzerland, we made a few stops to have...SNOWBALL FIGHTS!!!!! our tour guides hits HARD! it flies straight and hits hard but i managed to dodge a few of them. I won't touch on where i went to unless i want to specially mention it. I went skiing on 2 days. the first was fun, i fell down once on deep soft snow coz i made a wrong turning and tripped over the wall of powder snow, we were on the basic course to warm up and have a few lessons...e.g:
Jumping over one pole
Jumping over one pole and jump over another one again
skiing backwards( i fail in this miserably)
skiing on one ski ( i fail worse than i do backwards)
on the second day we went up to the ADVANCED!! slope. 1 km long, gentle, steep, gentle, steep. I saw all those hills up the ski lift and i got scared. but then suprisingly i never fell at all, not once, scary right? the guide told me i was a good skiier coz i can control my speed and turn well, whereas my brother can't do as well, hes good for speed though. But i technically DID fall coz the guide helped me ski backwards.
i went to my tour guide's house for a night, and we saw his pet kitty!!!! ITS SO CUTE! she has this fishing stick toy thingy that we used to play with her and she used her paw to touch it and make it swing then pounced on it! so cute!
I had a train ride for 8 hrs (to and fro 4 hrs each) and i went to Italy specially for lunch, the pizza, the pasta, the APPLE PIE!!!!! cool right?
i went on a cable car up a mountain to have lunch its like a buffet. u pick what u want but then pay at the end by weight. i had lasagne, french fries, and a hug slice of apple pie with cream.
we had a village stay for 2 days, the 2nd which i when i had dinner, i drank 2 1/2 bottle of ApfelSaft (apple juice) then i had to go to the toilet and stay there for about 40 mins XPXP. the apple juice is addictive.
i had a hotspring bath during the village stay, very nice, multiple pools, and healthy water.

Thats about all i wanna touch on, note this is not in order. now for my christmas wishlist ( i stole this off amber's blog who stole it off somewhere else):

For all discrimination to be gone
For some people whom i know of to not be so religious-following(i'm not mentioning names)
For the world to be safe, no more world problems ( includes financial crisis )
For true love to exist so that my best friend amber will find it one day
For penguins to be able to survive in singapore so i can have on as a pet =3
For people to be less self-centered(not saying that i myself am not)

Thats all i guess. Santa, read this and grant me my wishes for but i you don't charcoal is fine, i have a new BBQ pit =).
